Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations:

  • 48-Hour Notice: To avoid any cancellation fees, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients and ensure efficient use of our time.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a non-refundable fee of £50 will be charged. This helps cover the costs of last-minute changes and ensures that we can maintain the availability of our services.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, whether at our walk-in clinic, at home, or at your office, without prior notice, the £50 fee will also apply.

2. Refunds:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only available if the test has not been performed. Once the sample is collected, no refunds are issued.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Unavailable Tests: If we cannot perform the test due to our error, you will receive a full refund.

3. Self-Testing Kits:

  • Right to Cancel: Once your self-testing kit has been dispatched to you or picked up from one of our pick-up or drop-off stores, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days from the dispatch date or the date you pick up the kit.

  • Refund: If you cancel, we will charge the kit price and an admin fee of £15 and refund the rest of the amount.

4. Cancellation Right Does Not Apply If:

  • You have already sent your sample to the laboratory for analysis via courier or dropped it off at our site.

  • Your sample is delayed, lost in the post, or did not arrive at the laboratory. However, we will provide a replacement kit at a charge of £10, or free at the discretion of the company.

  • You have already had a sample taken at a Walk-In Clinic, at home, or at the office.

  • You failed to show up for a scheduled phlebotomy appointment at the Walk-In Clinic, at home, or at the office.

  • The tests have already been taken or processed by our laboratory.

  • You do not supply us with a correctly completed label form, and we are unable to process your sample. However, we may, at our discretion, send you a free replacement kit.

  • The 14-day cancellation period has expired.

  • Any of your results are unclear, invalid, rejected, or inconclusive. If the laboratory cannot analyze the requested test or blood profile in its entirety, we will, at our discretion, either send you another testing kit free of charge, arrange an appointment for a repeat sample, or issue a refund.

5. Special Circumstances:

  • Medical Emergencies: If you miss your appointment due to a medical emergency, we may offer a reschedule or refund with proper documentation.

6. Non-refundable Fees:

  • Shipping, handling, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
