If you are unable to visit our clinic or prefer not to opt for a phlebotomy home visit, our at-home self-capillary sample collection service offers a convenient and professional alternative. With detailed, easy-to-follow instructions, you can collect your blood sample comfortably at home. Fast, accurate results will be delivered directly to you. Our laboratory is accredited for both venous and capillary blood samples, ensuring the highest level of accuracy across all tests.

Our Retest Guarantee

We design our kits to deliver reliable results on the first try, and they perform exceptionally well. However, if your initial test doesn’t go as planned (e.g., insufficient blood sample), we’ll send you a replacement kit at no extra cost. We’re committed to supporting your health journey for the long term.

Sample Collection

With every home test kit purchase, you’ll receive a discreet sample collection box containing everything needed to collect a finger-prick blood sample at home. The process is simple, safe, and takes just 10-15 minutes, all from the comfort of your own home. Once you’ve collected your sample, simply return it to our laboratory the same day using the pre-paid envelope at your local post office. Your sample will be sent back to us via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please drop it off at the Post Office before 12:00 for timely processing.

If you drop your sample in a post box, it may not reach us the next day. For the quickest delivery, please take it to the Post Office in the morning, right after collecting your sample.

How to Post Your Blood Sample Back to Our Laboratory

Posting your sample is simple. After collecting your sample, take it to the Post Office before midday on the same day.

Important: Please avoid posting on Fridays. Samples can only be sent Monday to Thursday.

To ensure timely delivery, all samples with our transit codes are prioritized in the network, meaning they take precedence for faster processing. This ensures your sample arrives at our lab in the morning, where we can analyze it the same day.

If a delay occurs and your sample becomes unsuitable for testing, we’ll send you a replacement kit free of charge, so you can order with confidence.
